    【摘要】目的：探讨心理护理联合产前综合护理干预对初产妇分娩结局及抑郁焦虑状态的影响。方法：选取我院80例初产妇作为研究对象，随机分为对照组40例接受产前综合护理，观察组40例接受心理护理联合产前综合护理干预，比较两组产妇分娩结局、抑郁焦虑状态、自我效能评分等。结果：观察组阴道分娩率为75.00%高于对照组的52.50%，剖宫产率为25.00%低于对照组的47.50%(P<0.05)；护理前，两组产妇PHQ-9评分、EPDS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；护理后，观察组PHQ-9评分、EPDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：初产妇接受产前综合护理干预和心理护理，可提升其分娩中积极心理，并对其分娩结局有改善效果，确保母婴安全。
