    【摘要】目的：观察益母草注射液联合缩宫素预防多次剖宫产产后出血效果。方法：纳入2020年10月—2021年9月我院多次剖宫产产妇80例，随机分为两组，各40例，其中观察组采用益母草注射液联合缩宫素，对照组采用缩宫素。观察两组产后出血、并发症及治疗性干预情况。结果：本研究结果显示，观察组术后2h、24h出血量均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组剖宫产后1d宫缩痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组剖宫产术中需要加用治疗性宫缩剂和手术止血的比例低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：益母草注射液联合缩宫素预防多次剖宫产产后出血，可减少产后出血量、宫缩痛以及治疗性宫缩药物和手术止血的使用。
