    【摘要】目的：探析接受剖宫产分娩的前置胎盘并发术中、术后出血孕妇接受子宫动脉上行结扎术、宫腔填纱治疗的临床效果。方法：纳入接受剖宫产分娩的前置胎盘并发术中、术后出血孕妇78例为研究对象，产妇就诊时间2019年6月—2020年6月。Ⅰ组(39例)接受常规宫腔填纱治疗；Ⅱ组(39例)接受子宫动脉上行结扎术治疗。探析两组平均术中止血时间、术后24h出血量。结果：Ⅱ组平均术中止血时间为(13.42±6.18)min，明显短于Ⅰ组的(19.78±7.24)min(P<0.05)；Ⅱ组术后24h出血量为(167.25±42.49)mL，明显少于Ⅰ组的(229.16±51.17)mL(P<0.05)。结论：接受剖宫产分娩的前置胎盘并发术中、术后出血孕妇接受子宫动脉上行结扎术治疗，能够更有效缩短剖宫产术中止血时间，减少产后出血量。

    Clinical effect of ascending uterine artery ligation in the treatment of intraoperative and postoperative bleeding during cesarean section of placenta previa

    【Abstract】Objective：To explore the clinical effect of ascending uterine artery ligation and uterine cavity filling yarn in pregnant women with placenta previa complicated with intraoperative and postoperative bleeding after cesarean section.Methods：78 pregnant women with placenta previa complicated with intraoperative and postoperative bleeding who underwent cesarean section were included as the research objects.The maternal treatment time was from June 2019 to June 2020.
