    【摘要】目的：分析对过敏性紫癜患儿合用孟鲁司特钠、氯雷他定的治疗价值。方法：对照组以孟鲁司特钠治疗，同期观察组合用孟鲁司特钠、氯雷他定治疗。结果：治疗总有效率观察组为96.00%，对照组为84.00%(P0.05)，治疗后血清IL-6、IL-8水平观察组较同期对照组更低(P0.05)。结论：对于小儿过敏性紫癜患儿在治疗中给予孟鲁司特钠、氯雷他定进行联合施治可获得确切疗效，有助于改善患儿的机体炎症性反应，并可加快病情康复，且安全性良好。
