    【摘要】目的：观察慢性胃炎应用雷贝拉唑+替普瑞酮治疗的效果。方法：將102例慢性胃炎患者随机分成两组，对照组与观察组各51例，对照组采用替普瑞酮治疗，观察组在其基础上加雷贝拉唑治疗，观察治疗效果。结果：治疗后，观察组总有效率，MTL、GAS高于对照组，慢性炎症反应、活动性炎症反应评分低于对照组，差异显著(P0.05)。结论：慢性胃炎采用雷贝拉唑与替普瑞酮联合治疗后，临床疗效可显著提升，且不会增加不良反应，安全有效。
