    【摘要】目的：探究天麻素注射液治疗眩晕的临床效果。方法：选择眩晕患者74例作为研究对象，病例均选自2020年8月—2021年8月，随机数字表法分组，对照组(常规治疗)和试验组(天麻素注射液)各37例。比较临床治疗效果、不良反应发生率。结果：试验组临床治疗有效率高于对照组，差异显著(P0.05)。结论：天麻素注射液用于眩晕的临床治疗有很好效果，值得应用。

    Clinical effect of Gastrodia elata injection for vertigo

    【Abstract】Objective： To explore the clinical effect of gastrodin injection on vertigo. Methods： 74 patients with vertigo were selected as the study subjects， all patients were selected from August2020 to August 2021， and divided into two groups by random number table method， 37 cases in control group (routine treatment) and 37 cases in experimental group (gastrodin injection). The clinical therapeutic effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared. Results： The clinical effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(P0.05).
