    【摘要】目的：针对宫外孕患者使用腹腔镜治疗围术期的护理工作情况分析。方法：统计汇总我院100例宫外孕病人进行腹腔镜手术后围手术期护理的实际情况。结果：100例病人经过围手术期护理均痊愈康复。结论：针对异位妊娠进行腹腔镜手术后失醒为手术期的护理，安全合理，手术后恢复快，黏连少，并做好身心健康的具体指导、心理护理，手术后严密观查病况改变及做好病发症的预防及康复指导，对手术治疗取得成功具备关键意义。
