    【摘要】目的：分析剖宫产术后经阴道分娩产妇的真实心理体验，为疤痕子宫再妊娠围产期管理的护理实践新模式提供参考依据。方法：运用现象学研究方法，選取2020年1月—2020年12月在浙江省某三级甲等妇产科医院住院的10例剖宫产后经阴道分娩产妇进行深度访谈。结果：剖宫产后经阴道分娩产妇的决策选择归纳为3个主题：前次剖宫产的不良体验、医护人员专业意见、多方位心理支持。结论：医护人员对剖宫产术后再次妊娠者，应在充分评估的基础上给予足够的信息支持。

    Qualitative study on the experience of delivery decision-making and choice of pregnant women undergoing vaginal birth after cesarean section
