    【摘要】目的：研究妊娠合并再生障碍性贫血伴心脏瓣膜病的个案护理。方法：选取我院2021年3月5日收治患者诊断为妊娠合并再生障碍性贫血、妊娠合并心脏瓣膜病、28+6周妊娠G1P0，遵医嘱给予患者利尿、促胎肺成熟药物，监测胎心、吸氧、口腔护理、间断输血对症治疗。结果：于3月11日行剖宫产术，新生儿Apgar评8min、10min、10min转NICU治疗，患者术中出血400mL，术后6d出院。患者住院期间未出现感染、心衰及其他部位出血倾向，效果满意。结论：在护理再生障碍性贫血伴心脏瓣膜病患者的过程中，护理人员应制定一套完整的精细化护理措施，给予患者全面的疾病健康知识指导，减轻患者痛苦，改善母婴预后。

    【Abstract】Objective： To study the case nursing of pregnancy complicated with aplastic anemia and heart valve disease.Methods： The patient admitted to our hospital on March 5， 2021 were diagnosed as pregnancy complicated with aplastic anemia， pregnancy complicated with heart valve disease and pregnancy G1P0 at 28 + 6 weeks. According to the doctors advice，gave the patient diuretic and fetal lung maturation promoting drugs，monitor fetal heart rate，oxygen inhalation，oral care and intermittent blood transfusion and symptomatic treatment.Results： Cesarean section was performed on March 11. The neonatal Apgar score was 8 points ......
