    【摘要】目的：探讨前列腺增生伴包茎术后感染并发糖尿病高渗性昏迷的护理要点。方法：通过全方面的评估患者，观察患者的病情变化，以及结合患者的检验结果实施相应的护理措施。结果：经过系统的护理措施后可达到预期目标，提高患者的生活质量。结论：做好患者关于糖尿病日常生活指导，有效控制血糖变化，及包茎相关卫生知识的宣教，从而降低感染及糖尿病相关并发症的发生。
