    【摘要】本文探讨剖宫产术后一天，产妇在补液过程中突然出现了头晕、视物模糊、胸闷、心悸、气促，血压升高等临床表现。经过积极治疗护理，病情平稳出院，文中分享该病例护理经验。同一病员三年后再次到我院分娩，行第二次剖宫产，对比两次剖宫产术注射用药，进行分析探讨药物严重不良反应发生的相关因素，以减少临床用药风险、避免给患者带来不必要的痛苦。

    【Abstract】This paper discusses the clinical manifestations of dizziness， blurred vision， chest tightness， palpitation， shortness of breath and high blood pressure during fluid replacement one day after cesarean section.
