    【摘要】2020年7月22日我院急诊收治1例骨盆骨折患者，并于2020年8月5日在静吸复合麻醉下行天玑机器人辅助下闭合复位右侧骶髂关节螺钉+右侧顺行前柱螺钉内固术手术。经我院医护人员的治疗与护理，在患者及家属的配合下，患者病情平稳，伤口愈合并办理出院。本文将总结天玑机器人辅助下微创通道治疗1例侧方挤压型骨盆骨折术后护理体会。

    Postoperative nursing experience of a case of lateral compression pelvic fracture treated with minimally invasive channel assisted by Dimensity robot

    【Abstract】On July 22， 2020， a patient with pelvic fracture was admitted to the emergency department of our hospital， and on August 5， 2020， the closed reduction of right sacroiliac joint screw + right anterograde anterior column screw internal fixation were peformed under the assistance of Tianji robot under intravenous inhalation combined anesthesia.After the treatment and care of the medical staff in our hospital， with the cooperation of the patient and his family， the patients condition was stable， the wound healed and the patient was discharged. This article will summarize the postoperative nursing experience of a case of lateral compression pelvic fracture treated with the minimally invasive channel assisted by Dimensity robot. ......
