    【摘要】回顾分析一例右上臂完全离断伴失血性休克女性患者的临床资料，总结其护理方法。此患者创伤大，失血性休克，病情危急，根据此例患者特点，重点做好扩容抗休克的护理、心理护理、再植肢体的护理、功能锻炼的指导、延续护理等，经过1个多月的治疗护理，患者好转出院。
