    【摘要】目的：探讨与分析阴道炎患者病原菌的分布及检测结果，为临床上合理预防治疗阴道炎提供参考。方法：选择2018年9月—2021年9月在本院诊治的阴道炎患者60例作为研究对象，取所有患者的阴道拭子标本进行病原菌的鉴定分析，调查患者的临床特征。结果：60例患者在临床上主要表现为发热、排尿痛、白带异味、白带分泌量过多、尿血等症状，且发生率都占50.0%以上。60例患者外周血中白细胞计数正常11例，异常49例；C-反应蛋白正常21例，异常39例。60例患者都检出病原菌，其中白假丝酵母菌、加德纳菌、支原体、淋病奈瑟菌、衣原体、表皮葡萄球菌、鲁氏不动杆菌分别占比36.67%、30.00%、8.33%、6.67%、6.67%、6.67%和5.00%。结论：阴道炎患者的临床表现多样，也伴随有外周血检测异常，病原菌主要为白假丝酵母菌、加德纳菌，在临床上要积极加强检测与对症预防治疗。
