    【摘要】目的：探讨整体护理对缺铁性贫血患者生活质量的影响。方法：选取2016年11月—2021年11月我院的200例缺铁性贫血患者，随机分成两组。对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取整体护理。结果：护理前，两组的红细胞计数和血红蛋白水平无明显差异(P>0.05)，护理后，两组的红细胞计数和血红蛋白水平均明显升高(P0.05)，护理后，两组的情感功能、生理功能、角色功能、社会功能、认知功能和总健康状况评分明显升高(P0.05).
