    【摘要】质子泵抑制剂是当前临床中应用较为广泛的新一代抑酸药，在抑制H+/K+-ATP酶方面具有一定特异性，能够实现对胃酸分泌最终阶段的有效阻断，是对临床胃食管反流病、消化性溃疡、幽门螺杆菌感染、上消化道出血，以及卓-艾氏综合征等病症实施治疗等疾病治疗的关键药物之一。但是，随着对该药物研究的不断深入，相关研究人员发现该药物在治疗方面虽然能够有效改善患者的临床症状，但同样也存在诸多的潜在用药风险问题，比如常见的维生素B12缺乏、肺炎风险、骨折风险、低镁血症、艰难梭菌相关性腹泻风险、亚急性皮肤型红斑狼疮风险、急性间质性肾炎、酸反跳等。一旦出现风险问题，则不仅会降低整体治疗效果，甚至可能会危及患者生命安全。基于此，本文综合当前临床相关试验研究及临床经验，对该药物潜在用药风险实施综述，以此为临床更安全地使用该药物提供一定参考。
