    【摘要】目的：总结同侧胰肾联合移植术的手术护理配合经验。方法：对118例同侧胰肾联合移植手术进行回顾性分析，并总结护理配合要点。结果：所有患者术程顺利，手术时间为(6.4±0.9)小时，术中出血量(153.3±85.3)mL，患者满意度为93.2%。结论：专业的手术护理团队、精细化的手术配合、有效的心理护理干预是保障手术成功和患者安全的重要因素。

    Management of modified ipsilateral simultaneous pancreas-kidney transplantation in 118 cases

    【Abstract】Objective： To summarize the experience of ipsilateral pancreas and kidney transplantation.Methods：118 ipsilateral pancreatic and kidney transplantation were analyzed， and key points of nursing coordination were summarized.Results：All patients had (6.4±0.9)hours， intraoperative bleeding (153.3±85.3)mL， patient satisfaction was 93.2% .Conclusion：Professional surgical nursing team， refined surgical cooperation and effective psychological nursing intervention are the important factors to ensure surgical success and patient safety.
