    【摘要】通过分析我院妇产科收治的一例产后出血合并DIC患者的抢救及护理方法，即严密监测生命体征变化，注意呼吸道的有效管理，密切关注出血的控制状况，及时完成相关实验室检查(血常规、凝血功能、肝肾功能等)，积极配合医生的抢救治疗，总结其中涵盖的护理经验和教训，以便为今后的临床护理提供宝贵的借鉴。
