    【摘要】急性阑尾炎疾病隶属临床中好发的一类急性疾病，因为阑尾对机体的影响并不是很大，现阶段一般会运用腹腔镜阑尾切除手术治疗方式实施干预。手术治疗所具有的副作用比较低，亦不会对机体产生后续影响。但处于围手术期，患者亦会有风险，若患者得不到优质的护理干预，很容易使得患者出现感染问题和并发症，对患者恢复身体健康造成一定的影响。所以，急性阑尾炎患者处于围手术期时，需给予更为优质的舒适护理干预。
