    【摘要】目的：探讨替硝唑联合金莲花口服液治疗牙周炎患者的效果。方法：选取2020年1月—2022年1月我院的78例牙周炎患者，随机分成两组。对照组服用替硝唑胶囊，观察组在替硝唑的基础上服用金莲花口服液，检测并比较两组的治疗有效率，牙龈指数(GI)、牙齿松动度(MD)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙周袋深度(PD)和菌斑指数(PLI)，不良反应发生率。结果：观察组牙周炎患者的有效率明显高于对照组(P0.05)，治疗后，两组牙周炎患者的GI、MD、SBI、PD和PLI均明显降低(P0.05)。结论：替硝唑联合金莲花口服液治疗牙周炎患者的效果较佳，值得进行推广。
