    【摘要】目的：分析经腹部彩色多普勒超声(TAS)及经阴道彩色多普勒超声(TVS)在剖宫产子宫瘢痕妊娠(CSP)诊断中的临床价值。方法：选择本院2019年1月—2022年1月妇产科收治的89例疑似CSP患者，将手术病理诊断结果作为此次研究的金标准，对比TAS、TVS诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确率，对比TAS、TVS对不同类型CSP检出率。结果：手术病理诊断确诊87例为CSP，TAS确诊78例，TVS确诊85例，TVS诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确率均高于TAS(P0.05)。结论：TVS可提高CSP诊断准确率、特异度、灵敏度，临床价值较高。
