    【摘要】目的：分析超声检查对小儿阑尾炎的诊断和临床分型的应用价值。方法：以我院2020年1月—2020年12月内收治的70例疑阑尾炎患儿为本次研究对象，所选研究对象入院后均进行超声检查，对其声像图特征进行分型，并将其检查结果与病理诊断结果对比，以此明确超声检查对小儿阑尾炎的诊断与临床分型的应用价值。结果：①超声检查对小儿阑尾炎的检出率为92.86%(65/70)，与手术及病理诊断结果对比无统计学差异(P>0.05)；②超声检查对小儿阑尾炎的分型准确率与手术及病理诊断结果对比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论：超声检查对小儿阑尾炎具有较高的诊断准确率，且可有效对阑尾炎情况进行分型，这对及时为患者采取对症治疗干预以及完善患儿的治疗方案，促进患儿康复等均具有积极应用价值，值得临床推广应用。
