    【摘要】目的：探究根管治疗和缓释抗菌药物局部应用两者联合在重度牙髓炎中的治疗价值。方法：为对照组施以根管治疗，观察组在对照组基础上添加缓释抗菌药物进行局部治疗。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为97.37%，高于对照组的86.49%(P0.05)，治疗后3d、1周，观察组NRS疼痛度评分低于对照组(P0.05)，治疗后，观察组SBI、PD均低于对照组(P0.05)， three days and one week after treatment，the NRS pain scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P0.05)， after treatment， SBI and PD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P 1 资料与方法
