    【摘要】目的：分析缺血性脑卒中(Ischemic stroke，IS)患者颈动脉病变情况，评价超声对颈部动脉的临床诊断价值。方法：收集我院2019年10月—2020年10月期间收治的80例缺血性脑卒中患者的病例作为观察组，同时选取80名健康人群作为对照组。全部受检者均予以完善颈部彩超检查，分析检查情况。结果：观察组的动脉粥样硬化率(90.00%)、有斑块率(85.00%)均明显高于对照组(P0.05)。结论：彩超可以有效检出IS患者的颈动脉血管情况，助于患者早期治疗和预后。
