    【摘要】目的：分析中孕期高龄孕妇胎儿脉络丛囊肿与染色体核型的相关性。方法：选取2019年1月—2021年1月我院收治的高龄孕妇115例，回顧性分析染色体检查结果以及胎儿脉络丛囊肿状况。结果：115例中孕期高龄孕妇中染色体核型正常为103例，12例为异常，均包含单侧单发、双侧单发、单侧多发及双侧多发患者。结论：高龄孕妇中胎儿有脉络丛囊肿进行染色体检查时发现正常或者异常患者均会出现，当两者之间有较高相关性，对于胎儿进行染色体核型分析也十分重要，因此需选取有效方式进行诊断。

    【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the correlation between fetal choroid plexus cyst and chromosome karyotype in middle pregnancy and elderly pregnant women.Methods：115 elderly pregnant women treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected.The results of chromosome examination and the condition of fetal choroid plexus cyst were analyzed retrospectively.Results：Among 115 middle pregnancy aged pregnant women，103 cases had normal karyotype and 12 cases were abnormal，including patients with unilateral single，bilateral single，unilateral multiple and bilateral multiple.Conclusion：In the elderly pregnant women ......
