    【摘要】双下肢浮肿的出现是原发性肝癌患者在临床中最主要也是最为常见的症状之一。下肢浮肿症状的出现更是让患者本就较差的身体雪上加霜，严重威胁着患者的身心健康。中医将此病归属于“水肿病”的范畴，治则以利水渗湿，温阳化气为主。近年来，随着对中药方剂五苓散的不断深入研究， 在应用方药五苓散进行治疗时有了新的发现和思路，大量的临床研究表明，五苓散在治疗原发性肝癌所致双下肢浮肿方面，安全可靠且效果显著。本篇文章通過观察五苓散治疗原发性肝癌所致双下肢浮肿患者1例，供临床参考。
