    【摘要】 目的：对委中穴“醒脑开窍”针刺法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效进行观察。方法：样本30例，选自2020年6月—2022年3月，针灸取穴：委中穴、肾俞、大肠俞、阿是穴。委中穴运用醒脑开窍针刺法，嘱患者仰卧位，抬起患侧下肢取穴，针刺5s，用提插泻法，以下肢抽动3次为度，余穴常规针刺。每周治疗5d，周末休息，1周为1个疗程，共治疗4周。结果：采用委中穴“醒脑开窍”针刺法治疗1个疗程后，总有效率为96.7%；治疗2个疗程后，总有效率为100.0%。结论：委中穴“醒脑开窍”针刺法对于腰椎间盘突出症的治疗中疗效较佳，具有绿色经济，安全有效的特点，临床上值得推广应用。
