    【摘要】2010年世界卫生组织公布的报告中可以得出，中国剖宫产率当前已经提升至46.2%，美国剖宫产率最近几年提升到了30%。剖宫产经常被使用在母婴生命遭到威胁或孕妇难产时，作用是挽回生命，这样一种医学手段开始被人们随意的使用。相关数据报道的结果显示，除了选择一些并不是正常方式导致新生儿自身健康产生了问题外，选择剖宫产产妇的死亡率和病残率以及严重并发症的发生率要比阴道分娩提升了10倍、5倍、3倍。怎样有效降低剖宫产率，让产妇能够安全的生育，这开始变成目前妇产科不得不正视的问题。基于此，本文针对在产科从麻醉安全上降低剖宫产率问题进行分析与总结。
