    【摘要】目的：探讨多层螺旋CT在诊断子宫阔韧带平滑肌瘤中的应用价值分析。方法：选取2021年1月—2021年12月期间本院妇科就诊疑似子宫阔韧带平滑肌瘤患者66例，以病理检查结果为金标准，对多层螺旋CT影像进行回顾性分析。结果：66例患者中61例病理诊断为子宫阔韧带平滑肌瘤，多层螺旋CT检查56例为子宫阔韧带平滑肌瘤，其中40例边界清楚，边界不清楚16例；增强扫描后可见明显强化40例，其中与子宫肌层强化基本同步32例，不同步8例；囊变影10例；以病理检查结果为金标准，经多层螺旋CT对子宫阔韧带平滑肌瘤进行诊断，敏感性为88.52%(54/61)，特异性为60.00%(3/5)，准确度为86.36%(57/66)。结论：多层螺旋CT检查对子宫阔韧带平滑肌瘤的诊断具有较高的诊断效能，能够为后续治疗方案提供有效参考。
