    【摘要】目的：探讨在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患儿治疗中以鼻内窥镜下低温等离子消融术施治的疗效。方法：试验者是2021年1月—2021年12月在我院治疗的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患儿数量共计72例，采取随机信封法分组，将36例患儿设为对照组，采用传统手术治疗，另一组设为观察组，患儿数量共计36例，采用鼻内窥镜下低温等离子消融术，比对组间施治疗效、手术指标及复发率差异。结果：观察组患儿施治总有效率比对照组患儿高，观察组患儿手术耗时及术中失血量比对照组患儿低(P0.05)。结论：以鼻内窥镜下低温等离子消融术进行治疗，可有效改善患儿症状，提升临床疗效，同时还能缩短手术用时及减少术中失血量，利于促进患儿术后恢复，适宜推广。
