    【摘要】目的：分析微生物检验的耐药性情况及其对医院感染控制的临床意义。方法：选择2021年3月—2022年9月我院收集到的来自血培养、生殖道标本、尿液、脓液等总计2391株非重复病原菌检测样本，对其药敏结果进行分析。结果：检测出的病菌中，大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌和金黄色葡萄球菌占比相对较高，分别为19.36%、10.71%和8.03%；主要细菌对常见抗菌药物的耐药性表现出一定差异。结论：积极开展微生物检测可以提高临床用药的合理性，同时可以有效降低医院感染率，对医院感染能够起到明显控制作用且具有较强的现实意义。
