    【摘要】目的：分析防旋股骨近端髓内钉(PFNA)内固定联合个体化康复训练治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床价值。方法：选择2021年1月—2022年1月的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者共70例，随机分组，对照组实施防旋股骨近端髓内钉内固定，观察组在对照组基础上增加个体化康复训练，比较两组效果。结果：观察组手术时间、出血总量和对照组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)；观察组术后活动时间和住院时间短于对照组，髋关节功能Harris评分、视觉模拟评分、生活质量评分改善程度大于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组(P0.05)；The time of postoperative activity and hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group，the improvement of Harris score，visual analog score and quality of life score of hip joint function was greater than that in the control group，and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P 1 资料与方法
