    【摘要】目的：研究冠心病(CHD)患者行责任制护理的效果。方法：数据选择本院2020年3月—2021年9月收治的92例CHD患者，“双盲法”分为基础组(传统护理，n=46)与责任组(责任制护理，n=46)，比较两组疗效。结果：护理前，比较两组病情康复情况无差异(P>0.05)；护理后，与基础组比较，责任组SAQ评分更高；责任组满意率(95.65%)较基础组(78.26%)更高(P0.05)；After nursing，compared with the basic group，the SAQ score of the responsibility group was higher；The satisfaction rate of the responsibility group(95.65%) was higher than that of the basic group (78.26%)(P 1 资料和方法
