    【摘要】目的：评价在老年冠心病心律不齐中采用胺碘酮治疗的疗效。方法：遴选时间为2021年1月—2021年12月，研究对象为我院收诊的老年冠心病心律不齐患者，按照收诊先后次序进行分组，前36例开展常规治疗，划入常规组，后36例采用常规治疗+胺碘酮治疗，划入观察组，比较两组疗效。结果：观察组总疗效数据高达94.44%高于常规组的77.78%(P0.05)。结论：在老年冠心病心律不齐患者中采用胺碘酮治疗，疗效高，无严重不良反应，值得应用。
