    【摘要】本文从护士礼仪文化的含义及其具体内容，以及外勤中心运输服务工作的具体内容出发，着重分析护士礼仪文化指导下的外勤中心运输服务工作在医院服务中的重要作用，外勤中心运输服务工作人员培训学习护士礼仪文化，并在医院服务中加以合理运用，能够提供给病人更加优质和高效的服务，能够最大化地体现医院护理类工作的价值，让病人更加认可、支持和配合护理工作的开展，能够有效地传播医院的品牌文化。因此需要医疗护理行业给予高度的认可与进一步的发展。
