    【摘要】目的：探究反流性食管炎误诊为冠心病的临床情况，分析导致误诊的原因，以期为临床上减少误诊提供参考。方法：采用回顾性研究方法，2018年7月—2021年5月选择在山西省荣军医院诊治的反流性食管炎患者58例作为研究对象，记录心电图特征，并总结治疗过程。结果：所有患者都误诊为冠心病，心电图均有ST段可疑，从X线检查看出，原发性收缩波在食管远端出现中断、钡剂反流，在动态心电图及踏车心电图运动试验中都没有出现异常情况。患者都给予雷尼替丁、吗丁啉、奥美拉唑治疗，患者都痊愈出院。结论：反流性食管炎在临床上容易误诊为冠心病，为此在临床诊治中需要全面掌握患者的发病状况，综合多种诊治手段进行确诊，以促进改善患者的预后。

    【Abstract】Objective： To explore the clinical situation of reflux esophagitis misdiagnosed as coronary heart disease， and to analyze the causes of misdiagnosis， in order to provide reference for reducing misdiagnosis in clinical practice.
