    【摘要】目的：探讨膝骨性关节炎患者应用祛风止痛胶囊与依托考昔片治疗的临床效果。方法：选择我院2020年3月—2021年3月收治的137例膝骨性关节炎患者作为此次研究病例，按照计算机表法将其分组，实验组(n=69)和参照组(n=68)，实验组应用祛风止痛胶囊与依托考昔片治疗，参照组用依托考昔片治疗，比较两组的治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、炎症因子水平以及晨僵时间和疼痛程度。结果：实验组临床有效率(97.10%)高于参照组(85.29%)，对照组患者机体内炎性因子水平比较研究组患者，研究组炎性因子较低，研究组患者NRS评分、晨僵时间等指标较为优异，与对照组相比较更优异，有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：膝骨性关节炎患者用祛风止痛胶囊联合依托考昔片治疗的效果显著，不仅能够提高患者的治疗情况，还可以减轻患者的疼痛程度，值得推广应用。
