抗精神病药物对慢性精神分裂症患者白细胞数的影响

【摘要】目的：探讨不同抗精神病药物对白细胞数的影响。方法：选取199例在我院长期住院的慢性精神分裂症患者，对其白细胞数进行回顾性分析。结果：199例患者中白细胞减少者42例，总发生率为21.1%。抗精神病药物为慢性精神分裂症患者白细胞计数的相关因素(P=0.000)，且不同抗精神病药物对患者白细胞数影响不同，其中服用氯氮平组明显下降(F=11.509，P=0.000)，差异均有统计学意义。结论：慢性精神分裂症患者白细胞减少发生率较高，且服用氯氮平的患者更容易发生白细胞减少，临床医生应提高警惕，合理安全用药。
