    【摘要】目的：分析院前急救意识障碍患者的治疗中以不同剂量纳洛酮开展的效果。方法：研究整体设计以对照理论为指导，样本选取始于为2020年6月，止于2021年10月，资料均为我院开展急救的意识障碍50例患者，以红蓝球法作随机小组划分，组名为参照组与观察组，各25例，其中参照组予2mg纳洛酮治疗，观察组予4mg纳洛酮治疗，以组间患者相关指标分析应用价值。结果：治疗开展后观察组患者GCS评分略高于参照组，血清CysC、S100β、NT-proBNP水平略低于参照组(P0.05)。结论：院前急救意识障碍的治疗中以不同剂量开展具有较大效果差异，以4mg纳洛酮进行静脉注射治疗效果更佳。
