    【摘要】目的：分析剖宫产术中应用腰麻与硬膜外联合麻醉的效果。方法：根据回顾性分析选择我院2020年5月—2021年9月60例接受剖宫产术分娩的产妇，采取硬膜外麻醉的30例产妇为参照组，给予腰麻与硬膜外联合麻醉的30例产妇为研究组。比较两组麻醉效果、血液动力学相关指标及不良反应。结果：研究组麻醉起效及恢复时间较短，术中出血量及麻醉药物用量较少(P<0.05)；麻醉后，研究组血液动力学相关指标水平较稳定(P<0.05)；麻醉期间，研究组不良反应较少(P<0.05)。结论：在剖宫产术中应用腰麻与硬膜外联合麻醉，麻醉镇痛效果较好，且产妇的生命体征不会受到麻醉的影响，此外能显著减少麻醉期间不良反应的发生。

    【Abstract】Objective To analyze the effect of combined spinal and epidural anesthesia in cesarean section.
