    【摘要】目的：探讨先兆流产孕妇接受产后流产关爱服务的应用效果。方法：本次研究选择86例2021年9月—2022年9月期间在我院接受治疗的先兆流产孕妇为观察对象，并以随机数表法为分组依据进行分组，对照组与观察组，各43例。其中，对照组接受常规护理干预，观察组接受关爱服务，对比两组护理效果。结果：护理后，观察组的焦虑评分与抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组术后疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组保胎成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组解决问题能力、服务态度、操作技巧、健康教育水平、巡视频率等指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：先兆流产孕妇接受关爱服务有利于缓解孕妇不良情绪，减轻其术后疼痛度，提高保胎成功率，缩短住院时间，整体费用更低，孕妇对护理人员的各项工作更为满意，值得推广。
