    【摘要】目的：分析阴道分娩第二产程转剖宫产的原因，有效把握手术指征以及时机，降低中转剖宫產率。方法：选择2020年1月—2022年3月在本院分娩的74例临床资料进行研究，探究阴道分娩第二产程转剖宫产的相应原因。结果：中转剖宫产的手术指征主要有胎儿宫内窘迫、头盆不称、持续性枕横(后)位、先兆子宫破、产程延长或停滞、引产失败以及社会因素，其中，胎儿宫内窘迫占比最多。结论：想要有效地降低中转剖宫产率，就要在孕期实现对孕妇体重的控制，把握好入院时机。而且，也要加强评估与监测工作，降低人工干预。同时，要培养医务人员对异常产程的处理能力，将阴道分娩的成功率提高。
