    【摘要】目的：在临床对高龄产后出血患者的医治措施中，施用宫颈提拉式缝合与宫腔填纱分别联合卡前列素氨丁三醇的治疗措施，比较分析其实施效果。方法：选择于2021年1月—2021年12月这一期间由本院接受诊治的80例高龄产后出血患者为研究对象。其中实验组40例、对照组40例(随机数字表法分组)。对照组试验对象接受宫腔填纱联合卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗干预，实验组试验对象接受宫颈提拉式缝合联合卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗干预。对比两组试验对象的治疗总有效率、手术临床指标等情况。结果：治疗措施进行后，与对照组相比后，实验组试验对象治疗总有效率所得數值更高，差异显著(P<0.05)；与对照组相比后，实验组试验对象手术时间、止血时间等手术临床指标所得数值更低，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：宫颈提拉式缝合联合卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗高龄产后出血患者的效果更好，在有效的治疗之下，患者的出血症状得到了较好的缓解，其止血速度较快，止血效果更好，出血量更低，预后更佳，具有一定的优越性，更值得在临床上推广。
