    【摘要】目的：分析將儿童保健用于≤1岁小儿护理中对其成长发育的影响效果。方法：选取本院2021年1—2021年12月接收的110例≤1岁小儿为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将110例小儿以1：1的比例纳入两组，对照组予以基础指导，观察组予以规律性儿童保健指导；对比不同干预措施下两组小儿生长指标、发育情况、营养性疾病发生率及4个月内纯母乳喂养情况。结果：(1)小儿生长指标(身高、体重、头围增长幅度)比较，干预前，两组比较无差异(P>0.05)，干预后，观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)比较小儿发育情况(适应性、语言能力与精细动作)，干预前，两组比较无差异(P>0.05)，干预后，观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)小儿营养性疾病发生率对比，观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。(4)对比4个月内小儿纯母乳喂养情况，观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：将儿童保健用于≤1岁小儿护理中可促进小儿健康成长，预防小儿营养性疾病的发生，并提升小儿纯母乳喂养率，值得推广。
