    【摘要】目的：对经自然腔道腹腔镜、经脐单孔腹腔镜在肥胖患者卵巢囊肿中的应用效果进行比较分析。方法：选择2021年1月—2021年12月间我院收治的患有卵巢囊肿的肥胖患者98例作为研究对象，以治疗方法的不同为依据分成两组，两组患者均开展腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术，观察组患者接受自然腔道腹腔镜治疗，对照组患者接受经脐单孔腹腔镜治疗。对两组患者术时、术后相关评价指标进行对比分析。结果：两组患者术后排气时间、术后下床时间、住院时间比较，观察组短于对照组(P<0.05)；手术时间、术中出血量方面的比较，两组无统计学差异(P>0.05)；术中、术后两组患者邻近器官损伤、术后感染发生率比较，无统计学差异(P>0.05)；观察组术后疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对卵巢囊肿患者实施经阴道自然腔道腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术的安全性、有效性显著，相较于经脐单孔腹腔镜而言，术后恢复以及疼痛程度优势明显，腹壁无伤口，美容效果更佳，临床价值显著，值得关注。
