    【摘要】目的：探讨袋鼠式护理(KMC)在早产儿护理中的应用价值。方法：选取60例早产儿，对照组：给予儿科常规护理；观察组：在上述常规护理基础上给予KMC。结果：护理后，观察组早产儿的全天奶摄入量显著多于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；护理后，观察组体重、头围大于对照组，身长高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组母乳喂养成功率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：KMC可增加早产儿的全天奶摄入量，促進体格发育，提高母乳喂养成功率，应用价值高。

    【Abstract】Objective： To explore the application value of kangaroo mother care (KMC) in the nursing of premature infants. Methods： 60 premature infants were selected.
