    【摘要】目的：探讨在内分泌紊乱所致月经不调症状患者治疗中，联用温针疗法及中药疗法施治的意义。方法：试验所选对象是2020年6月—2021年12月此阶段内，在我院门诊就医的内分泌紊乱所致月经不调患者64例，根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组例数各32例，在治疗中对照组以常规西医疗法施治，观察组则联用温针及中药逍遥散施治，统计两组施治后疗效、雌激素水平及并发症指标差异。结果：与对照组相比，观察组疗效及雌激素水平较高，且用药后不良反应发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论：联用温针疗法及中药逍遥散实施治疗，具备可行性与安全性，利于促进患者尽快恢复及改善其生活质量，适宜推广。
