    【摘要】目的：探讨在肛肠疾病患者术后为其提供艾灸结合中药浴足治疗的应用价值，观察患者术后尿潴留的改善情况。方法：选取2020年1月—2021年12月因肛肠疾病在我院接受手术治疗的88例患者，随机编号均分两组，对照组在治疗中为其提供常规疗法，研究组在治疗中为其提供艾灸联合中药浴足治疗，对比两组临床指标恢复情况、治疗总有效率、疼痛改善情况、生活质量评分。结果：研究组留置尿管时间、首次排尿时间、残余尿量以及住院时间均较少，首次排尿量较多(P<0.05)；研究组治疗总有效率较高，尿潴留发生率较低(P<0.05)；研究组VAS评分均较低，疼痛缓解时间较早(P<0.05)；研究组SF-36表中各项生活质量评分均较高(P<0.05)。结论：在肛肠疾病术后采取艾灸结合中药浴足治疗可降低患者发生尿潴留的风险，改善临床症状，缩短治疗时间，减轻疼痛感，建议推广应用。
