    【摘要】目的：探索中药黄芪治疗心血管疾病的临床药理价值。方法：选取医院54例(2020年4月—2021年4月)心血管疾病患者为研究对象，以1：1形式划分组别，其中27例采用常规疗法(对照组)，27例在对照组基础上选择中药黄芪治疗(观察组)，观察两组患者治疗效果与治疗不良反应。结果：观察组疗效为96.30%，与对照组的85.19%比较，差异有对比意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者中医症候积分低于对照组，存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组患者各项指标相比于对照组存在显著差异(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后不良反应发生率为3.70%，对照组不良反应发生率为14.81%，数据差异存在对比价值(P<0.05)。结论：中药黄芪治疗心血管疾病临床效果较为明显，患者生活质量得到显著改善，不良反应更少，值得临床广泛应用。
