    【摘要】目的：浅析精细化护理对结直肠癌手术患者术后胃肠功能及凝血功能的影响。方法：研究时间：2021年1月—2021年12月；研究对象：80例结直肠癌手术患者；分组：采用随机数字表法分为观察组(应用精细化护理干预)与对照组(给予常规护理)，各40例，评价两组护理效果。结果：干预后，观察组患者胃肠功能恢复时间短于对照组，纤维蛋白原(Fbg)、D-二聚体(D-D)、血管性血友病因子(vWF)值、并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：结直肠癌手术患者经精细化护理干预可改善胃肠功能，降低凝血指标与并发症发生率。
